already 4th day didn't turn up to work

feeling so sick & weak & useless

* Fever 38.4

* Vomiting

* Food Poisoning

* Lost of strength

* Legs feeling so weak

* Pain on my back

* Headache

* Diarrhea

and doctor say there maybe stone in my back

doc says drink more water & poo poo out.
